Solution: American created an eCommerce site that allowed the manager to easily approve all purchases, while simplifying the order process for all their locations. Each store was set up with a unique username and password to access the eCommerce site and place orders, which were automatically routed to management for approval. Not only was the customer able to save time, but they also saved money by buying in bulk as the site allowed items to be disbursed to the stores as needed.
